Last Sunday I had the pleasure to meet Sophie, a high school senior who is also a cellist to do her senior portrait. It was so refreshing to see a teenager who was acting her age and who was sweet and down to Earth as every senior should be! I loved photographing her . It was so hard just to pick a few.... Also please notice that she was wearing a cute little black dress with short sleeves when it was 45 degrees and still a beautiful smile!!!

Fun family!

Last Sunday it was freezing at 4pm so we kept moving from one spot to the next ...and Bonnie, Marc and the kids were real troopers. Here are a few to share....

I also photograph bridal portraits, senior portraits, high school senior portraits, commercial photography, uVA photographer,

The past couple of weeks I had the chance to photograph more wonderful families.

One of them was my friend Kathy, who had her parents in town so the timing was perfect (and I really think that Fritz looks good!).

Also met with my neighbors Christina and Brian Flamm who have two adorable children.

Model children

I had the pleasure to meet with the Grimm family twice. The first time Miss Evelyne was not feeling at her best even though I was able to catch a few good shots. Her older brother Briton was a dream to photograph ( and amazingly patient with his little sister) and thank you, Gillian for dressing them to the part.
I call that perfection!
First take a few weeks ago
Such a handsome boy!
How beautiful she is....

The lighting was amazing...
How sweet.I love it.

and just for fun. I know it is cruel ....:) but I know Gillian and Will will get a quick out of this one.

Family session with the Newtons

A couple weeks ago I met with the Newton family at Mint Spring for a photo session. Kim, their daughter had purchased a gift certificate last year for Christmas for her parents and what a perfect time to use it. Here you go take a pick .

Three great families

I really enjoyed meeting this family. Three brothers and sister who wanted to get family photos for their dad who used to work at Uva. It was a beautiful Sunday morning!
